1. Agreement
By purchasing or accessing the Letsdfy Legal Draft Bundle ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
2. License
On successful payment you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime licence to use the drafts for personal or professional legal work. Advocates and law firms may use the drafts to prepare documents for their clients.
3. Restrictions
Resale, redistribution, sub-licensing, sharing on public repositories or teaching platforms, and any commercial circulation of the drafts themselves is strictly prohibited. Downloads are watermarked and traceable.
4. No Legal Advice
The drafts are templates for professional adaptation. They do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for review by a qualified advocate. Always verify jurisdiction-specific compliance before filing or executing any document.
5. Payments & Delivery
Payments are processed by Razorpay. On successful payment we deliver access via email and WhatsApp within a few minutes. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, contact support.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of use of the drafts.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
