Refund Policy

1. Digital Product — No Returns
The Legal Draft Bundle is a digital product delivered instantly. Because access cannot be revoked once downloaded, we do not offer refunds after delivery. Please review the plan comparison and FAQ before purchasing.
2. Delivery Failure
If you do not receive your download link on email or WhatsApp within 30 minutes of successful payment, contact us. We will resend the link, or issue a full refund if delivery is genuinely not possible.
3. Duplicate / Failed Charges
If you were charged twice for the same order, or the payment succeeded on Razorpay but no order was created on our system, we refund the extra charge in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
