1. Data We Collect
To process your order and deliver the Product, we collect your name, email address, phone number, payment identifier (from Razorpay), and marketing-attribution parameters (UTMs, click-ids). We do not store your card, bank, or UPI details — those stay with Razorpay.
2. How We Use Data
- To send you the download link and order receipt.
- To provide customer support on WhatsApp / email.
- To measure ad performance via Meta Pixel + Conversions API. Personal identifiers are hashed before transmission.
- To send occasional product updates. You can opt out any time by replying STOP.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors required to run the service: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Meta (advertising analytics), and SendFox (email delivery). We never sell your data.
4. Retention
Order records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and support. You can request deletion of your personal data by writing to letsdfy@gmail.com.
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies to remember your cart and third-party cookies (Meta) for ad attribution. You can block them in your browser; the checkout will still work.
6. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Payments run on Razorpay's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. Access to our database is restricted and logged.
